THE DESIGN PROCESS

The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were in such disrepair that they had been entirely replaced throughout. In addition design and installation of two new bathrooms, two kitchens, walk in closet, home theater and extensive molding restoration was to be undertaken. The project required a change of the Certificate of Occupancy and had stringent parameters on changes to the faŠade as dictated by the Historic Preservation Commission. The renovation was primarily to be in keeping with the Eastlake Victorian Style adding a few modern twists.
